How to use it
- Set the first and the last number, or tap a quick range such as 1–10 or 1–100.
- Press Spin or click the wheel to draw a number.
- To avoid repeats, turn on Don’t repeat numbers: each number drawn leaves the wheel until you press Start again.
Ranges, steps and negative numbers
Any whole numbers work, including negative ones, up to 1,000 numbers on one wheel. The step skips numbers: from 0 to 100 with a step of 5 gives 0, 5, 10 and so on up to 100.
Raffles, games and classroom activities
For a raffle, set the range to your ticket numbers and turn on Don’t repeat numbers, so each ticket can win only once. Teachers use it to pick a page, a question or a student number, and game nights use 1–6 as a giant die. Every draw is listed in the Results tab, so you can read the winning numbers back at the end.
Questions and answers
What is the largest range?
One wheel holds up to 1,000 numbers: for example 1 to 1,000, or 10 to 10,000 with a step of 10.
Is every number equally likely?
Yes. Each number is a slice of the same size, and the result is drawn with your browser’s cryptographic random generator.
How do I draw numbers without repeats?
Turn on Don’t repeat numbers. Each number drawn is taken off the wheel. Press Start again to put them all back.
